CEXM 4750 - Consumer Experience Design

Experience design is the intentional process of combining experiential elements associated with people, places, and things to support and sustain consumer co-creation and to add value to achieve the desired results. The outcomes of an experience are represented by sequential micro- and macro- phases of consumer expectation (anticipation), engagement (participation), and experience (reflective) in the path to purchase.

Prerequisite(s): CMHT 3950 ; CEXM 3800 .
