Archival Management certificate

The Department of Library and Information Sciences offers a graduate academic certificate in archival management. The graduate certificate program requires 15 semester credit hours of course work and students must earn at least a B average in each course.

Admission to the program
The student must have a:
- bachelor’s or a master’s degree from a regionally-accredited college or university.
- bachelor’s GPA of 2.8 or higher or a master’s GPA of 3.4 or higher.
Certificate requirements
A minimum of 15 hours of course work with at least a B in each course must be completed as follows:
Required, 9 hours
The student must complete the following three core courses:
Electives, 6 hours
The student must complete at least two of the following elective courses:
